Project 1 - Geometric Constructions
Our first big project (after learning how to make the templates we would use for every project), was to learn about the tools in VectorWorks. We had these three “quizzes” where we had to solve each problem by using the tools and methods we learned in class. This was also our first time playing around with 3D objects and rendering them. Project 2 - Flats for Skin of our Teeth
Our second project was to learn how to create flats in VectorWorks, how to get the correct measurements, and the master list of measurements, on our templates. Click “Download PDF” to see a PDF version of this project!
Project 3 - Rotating set for Harvey
Our third project was to recreate the rotating set that was used in Harvey with all of the correct details and measurements. Click “Download PDF” to see a PDF version of this project!
Project 4 - Final - Recreating the classroom
Our forth and final project was to measure and then recreate our classroom in VectorWorks. I took a picture of the carpet and used that as a tile for the floor. I also took pictures of any posters on the walls and whiteboard and imported them into my template. Click “Download PDF” to see a PDF version of this project!
